Almost eighty minutes of ambient and new age music, written in the summer of 2013 for a video project.
The Dhammapada is one of the best known books of the Pali canon: a collection of short verses on the teachings of the Buddha, gathered from talks given over forty-five years of travelling. The verses are brief and direct, and their images are drawn from everyday life. That plainness is what the music tries to follow.
